Pushing yourself
How defines what just as much as what defines how.
The Way we push ourselves
For those who are trying to accomplish new things and new achievement wether these accomplishments are correlated with mentality, financially, physicality, or spirituality you must Go forward and take the initiative.
Most of you know…
But most people are yet too lazy to even change.
Comfort is the culprit of a lazy mind and a lazy mind results in a use-less body.
If your only goal is to live well off then you only need to procure a strong mind through taking strong actions.
Strong actions require strong thoughts.
“The soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts.”

Look at yourself when you are struggling to accomplish something new, you will find this mysterious barrier or blockade of invisibility that keeps you from moving forward.
That blockade is self-sabotaging.
It is when you are miming your own progress.
In this progress, do you see yourself as a battering ram?
Constantly hitting the imaginary walls around you?
People are their best friend and enemy of themselves.
So how do we manipulate ourselves into friendship?
Grow a relationship with yourself.
If you are trying to wake up at 4 a.m.
Go to bed earlier.
If you pull both ends of the rope it will eventually break.
If you are trying to make more money, dedicate more time to do that.
If you sleep too much then their is a technique buttons away (online) that you can find helpful.
If you struggle to sleep then you struggle to control yourself.
If you can’t tell your mind to go silent because of the noise-
Then you need to be in the noise more.
The point is that we are in a world full of problems - good.
And we are in a world full of solutions - good.
The lie that people refuse to disregard is, “It isn’t that simple.”.
You should never hear that from a family member, friend, or acquaintance.
You are blunting yourself if you keep on battering against this mimed up wall.
Take 5 minutes
Take 10 minutes
Find a logical solution, break the glass wall from different angles.
It will help.
You will find that most people have the time for problems but do not have the time for solutions.

Break free…
How defines What just as much as What defines How.
